Conversations in the Kingdom
Truth Keeper:
“Where did all these dragons come from?”
Wisdom Keeper:
“Most weren’t born dragons.”
Truth Keeper:
“They weren’t?”
Wisdom Keeper:
“No. Most began as small acts of protection.”
“One learned to keep everyone happy.”
“One learned to stay busy.”
“One learned to stay quiet.”
“One learned to stay in control.”
“They grew because they were needed.”
Truth Keeper:
“So the dragons aren’t the problem?”
Wisdom Keeper:
“No.”
“The dragons are the reason you made it this far.”

EVERY DRAGON HAS A PURPOSE
MEET THE SURVIVAL DRAGONS
Every survival strategy developed for a reason.
Some protected you from rejection.
Some protected you from disappointment.
Some protected you from overwhelm.
They are not the problem.
They are the protection.
The question is:
Which dragon has been carrying the heaviest load?

Every Path Leads Home
There’s no wrong dragon.
There’s no wrong place to begin.
The Truth Keeper has the map.
All you have to do is take the first step.
Curiosity will show you the way.
Take the assessment to discover which survival dragons
have been protecting you—and begin reclaiming the treasure they were guarding all along.
Assessment coming soon…
Which Dragon Feels Familiar?
You may see yourself in more than one. Most of us do.

THE
PLEASER
Keeps everyone happy. Often forgets themselves.
What it protects:
Rejection and disconnection.
What it fears:
Disappointing others.
What it longs for:
Acceptance without having to earn it.
Many people learn that being helpful, agreeable, or easy to love feels safer than expressing their true needs. The Pleaser isn’t weak—it learned that belonging was connected to keeping others comfortable.

THE
PROTECTOR
Always watching. Always preparing.
What it protects:
Safety and survival.
What it fears:
Being caught off guard.
What it longs for:
Peace and trust.
The Protector scans for danger before it arrives. It overthinks, over-prepares, and stays alert because at one point those strategies helped you navigate an unpredictable world.

THE
AVOIDER
Pulls away to stay safe.
What it protects:
Vulnerability & emotional pain.
What it fears:
Being hurt, rejected, or overwhelmed.
What it longs for:
Connection that feels safe.
The Avoider isn’t trying to ruin relationships. It learned that distance can feel safer than disappointment. When closeness feels threatening, this dragon helps create space—even when part of you wants connection.

THE
PERFORMER
Strives for perfection. Nothing is ever enough.
What it protects:
Shame and criticism.
What it fears:
Failure, mistakes, or not being good enough.
What it longs for:
Worthiness without performance.
The Performer learned that achievement creates safety. Success becomes proof of value, and mistakes can feel bigger than they really are. This dragon works hard—but often forgets that worth and achievement are not the same thing.
BREAKING FREE
The goal was never to destroy the dragon.
The goal was to understand why it showed up in the first place.
Every survival strategy began with a purpose.
To protect.
To comfort.
To prevent pain.
To help you survive what felt too overwhelming to face alone.
But protection can become a prison when we continue carrying it long after the danger has passed.
Breaking free isn’t about forcing yourself to change.
It’s about recognizing when an old strategy is no longer needed.
It’s choosing awareness instead of autopilot.
Curiosity instead of judgment.
Connection instead of control.
The dragon doesn’t disappear.
It becomes an ally instead of a protector.
And when the chains fall away, you begin reclaiming what was yours all along.
Your voice.
Your truth.
Your freedom.
You were never the problem.
You were always the treasure.
