Reclaim Your REIGNBOW

Reclaim Your REIGNBOW is a guided subconscious journey into the beliefs, emotional weight, inherited narratives, roles, and survival conditioning you may have been carrying without conscious consent.

Some of what shapes your reactions and choices genuinely belongs to you.

Some of it was handed to you by family, culture, relationships, authority figures, painful experiences, or the environments in which you learned how to survive.

When those influences remain outside your awareness, they can begin to feel like identity:

“This is just who I am.”

This initiation helps you look again.

This Is the First Step Into the REIGNBOW

REIGNBOW is the larger map of reclamation—the journey of recognizing what has shaped you, reclaiming what is authentically yours, and restoring your authority within your own life.

Reclaim Your REIGNBOW is the guided initiation that brings you to its first threshold.

It is not designed to complete every layer of healing in one sitting. It is designed to help you see what has been quietly filling your cup so you can begin deciding what still belongs there.

The Journey

During this guided experience, you will travel through the colors of the REIGNBOW with your adult self and inner child.

Each color invites you to explore a different layer of your inner world, including:

Safety, stability, and belonging
Emotional needs, pleasure, and connection
Identity, personal power, and choice
Love, boundaries, and relational patterns
Voice, expression, and being heard
Perception, discernment, and inner knowing
Meaning, purpose, and self-authorship

You will be invited to notice what your younger self learned, what your nervous system adapted to, and what your protective patterns have been carrying on your behalf.

Nothing that appears means you are broken.

These patterns developed intelligently. They helped protect connection, safety, belonging, identity, or control when you may not have had other choices available.

They are not the problem.

They are the protection.

And underneath everything you learned to carry, you remain the treasure.

What This Initiation Supports

Reclaim Your REIGNBOW is designed to support you in:

Bringing hidden conditioning and inherited narratives into awareness
Recognizing beliefs or responsibilities you may have accepted without consciously choosing them
Meeting survival patterns with compassion rather than shame
Differentiating your authentic truth from what was installed or assigned
Identifying emotional weight you may feel ready to put down
Reconnecting with your adult authority and capacity for conscious choice
Reclaiming the needs, voice, boundaries, and self-trust buried beneath old adaptations
Establishing a simple somatic anchor for returning to yourself

This is not about forcing a release, performing transformation, or pretending one experience erases everything that shaped you.

It is about seeing clearly enough to choose consciously.

Designed for Layered Listening

You do not need to uncover everything at once.

Your subconscious mind may reveal only what you currently have the capacity and readiness to witness. When you return to the initiation later, you may notice different memories, beliefs, sensations, emotional patterns, or parts of yourself asking for your attention.

The recording remains the same.

You are the one arriving with new awareness.

For that reason, Reclaim Your REIGNBOW includes lifetime access and is designed to be revisited whenever another layer feels ready to emerge.

What This Is—and What It Is Not

This is a guided hypnotherapeutic and subconscious experience incorporating visualization, inner-child connection, somatic awareness, symbolic release, and conscious reclamation.

It is not regression therapy.

It is not about reliving traumatic experiences.

It is not spiritual bypassing or surface-level affirmation work.

It does not require you to manufacture a breakthrough or force yourself to release something before you are ready.

You remain in control throughout the experience. You may pause, stop, open your eyes, or return another time whenever needed.

Preparing for Your Initiation

Set aside approximately 2 hours and 9 minutes in a quiet, uninterrupted space.
Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything requiring your full attention.
Headphones are recommended for immersion.
Have water nearby.
Allow at least 15–20 minutes afterward to rest, write, reflect, or simply notice what has shifted.
Emotional material may arise. Move at your own pace and seek appropriate individualized support when needed.

You are not the problem.

You are the treasure.

And this is where you begin reclaiming what has always been yours.
