Hi, I’m Fairy G!

I’m a guide, storyteller, and sovereign soul navigator for people who are ready to reclaim themselves.

My work lives at the intersection of psychology, myth, healing, and lived experience. I don’t offer quick fixes or spiritual bypassing. I walk with people as they untangle old stories, befriend their shadows, and step into their own authority.

Through travel, food, ritual and deep inner work, I’ve learned that healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

This space is where I share that journey — the real one — in all it’s beauty, mess, insight, and magic.

If you’re here, something in you already knows.

You’re in the right place 💖.

Following the Rainbow🌈

The Journey That Led Me Home to Myself

For a long time, I knew I was being guided—but I kept missing the signs.

Everywhere I went, rainbows kept showing up. Not once. Not twice. Consistently. In new cities, unfamiliar countries, moments of doubt, seasons of change, and times when I felt unmoored and uncertain.

They were quiet reminders.

Keep going.
Pay attention.
Trust yourself.

At first, I thought it was coincidence. But eventually, it clicked.

There was a pattern.

When Symbols Became Language

Rainbows have long been connected to the chakra system—to the body’s emotional, energetic, and psychological centers.

Through my own healing journey and formal training in energy work and Reiki, I began to understand how deeply these systems shape our lived experience.

Each color reflected a layer of being: safety, creativity, power, love, voice, intuition, and wisdom.

I began seeing how these layers played out in my real life—in my relationships, my work, my body, the decisions I made, and the stories I told myself about who I was allowed to be.

My life was speaking in color.

I just had to learn how to listen.

That curiosity eventually led me into subconscious and hypnotherapy work—spaces where memory, belief, and identity live beneath the surface.

I learned how deeply early experiences, attachment patterns, and unspoken narratives shape the way we move through the world, and how much relief becomes possible when they are finally met with compassion.

What once felt like coincidence began to feel like conversation.

Between my life and my intuition.
Between my body and my truth.
Between where I was and who I was becoming.

From Signs to Sovereignty

It wasn’t one moment that changed everything.

It was a culmination.

I was in Belfast, standing in my kitchen, watching rainbows appear again and again outside the window. Not randomly. Repeatedly.

And something finally clicked.

This wasn’t coincidence.
This was communication.

Around the same time, I was working with a client and asking myself a deeper question: What could I offer beyond hypnosis that would truly support long-term transformation?

I created a simple workbook—an early version of what would become Inner Excavation—to help him explore his beliefs, patterns, and inherited stories before entering deeper subconscious work.

It became clear that this step was essential.

You can’t enter the Underworld without first understanding what you’re carrying.

At the same time, I was developing what was then called The Mystic Codes of the Mind. As the work evolved, these became the foundation of what is now the Garden of Beliefs—a space where new identities, values, and ways of being are intentionally cultivated.

By then, I had already created key pieces of my work: Fairy Tales to Freedom, the Underworld Initiation, shadow work, and identity healing.

But they still felt separate.

Like fragments of a larger story.

As I reflected on everything I had built, I realized something was missing.

Not in the work.

In me.

I was still becoming. Still shedding. Still reclaiming. Still learning how to stand in my own authority.

And when my identity finally shifted into sovereignty, everything aligned.

The healing.
The storytelling.
The subconscious work.
The lived experience.

It stopped being pieces.

It became a system.

That’s when the word arrived:

REIGNBOW.

Not just a rainbow.

A return to sovereignty.

A reminder that healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering who you are beneath the stories you inherited.

The image below captures one of those moments.

A rainbow I first noticed through my kitchen window in Belfast—then ran outside to photograph in full.

Not filtered.
Not framed.
Not distant.

Witnessed.
Lived.
Integrated.

The Pillars of Personal Sovereignty

A trauma-informed, mythic, and integrative pathway for identity healing and self-leadership.

Awareness & Archetypal Recognition

This is where the journey begins — by seeing your life clearly for the first time. Through story, symbolism, and archetypal patterns, we uncover the unconscious narratives shaping your choices, relationships, and identity. What once felt “personal” is revealed as patterned — and therefore changeable.

Awareness restores authorship.

You stop living inside inherited stories.
You begin rewriting your own.

Inner Excavation & Shadow Integration

Here, we go beneath surface habits and conscious intention to meet the roots of belief, fear, and self-protection. Through guided reflection, subconscious work, and emotional processing, we separate what is truly yours from what was absorbed, inherited, or imposed.

This is where shadow becomes ally.

Nothing is rejected.
Everything is understood.

Belief Repatterning & Identity Re-Coding

Once old patterns are understood, new ones must be installed. This phase focuses on consciously rewiring belief systems, nervous-system responses, and self-concept. Through hypnosis, ritual, reflection, and integration practices, a new internal environment is cultivated.

You become who you practice being.

Safety replaces survival.
Choice replaces reaction.

Embodiment & Sovereign Leadership

Transformation becomes real when it is lived. This pillar anchors inner change into daily life, creative work, relationships, and decision-making. You learn to lead yourself with clarity, compassion, and consistency — without outsourcing authority.

.Sovereignty is embodied.

You don’t perform healing.
You live it.

If you feel called to explore your pattens, reclaim your identity, and step into your sovereign self, this is your invitation.
Your journey doesn’t require perfection—only honesty, courage, and willingness to meet yourself where you are.
You don’t have to know the whole path. You only have to take the first honest step.
