At Your Healing Fairy Godmother®, everything we offer is lovingly created or delivered with care and intention. Your healing journey is important to us, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction while also honoring the energetic nature of this work.
Please read the following refund guidelines carefully before purchasing products or booking services:
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of instant digital downloads (including hypnosis audios, printable ritual guides, spellbook pages, and companion materials), all sales of digital products are final.
Once your file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
✨ Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product (such as a Chakra Candy mist, roll-on, or other enchanted apothecary item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact Us.
We will gladly offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund (your choice)
Please include a photo of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Note: Due to the personal and energetic nature of our products (many of which are intended for body, aura, or ritual use), we cannot accept returns of used, opened, or altered products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Services & Sessions
All hypnotherapy, RTT, Reiki, and shamanic healing session bookings are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and do not notify us in advance (no-show), the session fee is non-refundable.

Program & Course Refunds
Group programs, workshops, and challenges (such as Shine 30) generally include clear refund policies stated on their individual sales pages. Unless otherwise stated, all group offerings are non-refundable once the program has begun or access to materials has been provided.
